ATLANTA, GA–Random Penguin publishing announced this week a new young adult saga in which a teenage girl turns into a witch and then begins the process of disputing a Park Atlanta ticket in a near-future dystopian Atlanta.
Author G.F. Urself says the idea came to him when he saw how well YA novels sell. “I’m deeply interested in exploring some of the kind of money Rowling makes,” said the author.
When asked about parallels between the plot and real life, Urself reminded interviewers that magic isn’t a real thing. “Nobody can actually fight a Park Atlanta ticket,” he said.
